QA engineer by training. AI builder full-time.
I'm Laxmikanth Palle, based in Hyderabad, India. I spent 5+ years as a QA engineer — the person whose job is to find what breaks in software before a real customer does. In June 2026 I left that career to run AI Lab 360 full-time, building AI-powered websites, software, and automation for small businesses.
My last role was at TrominoSoft (April 2024 to June 2026), testing an enterprise SaaS platform with more than 30 modules. Day to day that meant testing APIs with Postman, validating data directly against SQL Server, and managing the full defect lifecycle in JIRA.

The QA record
From testing software to building it
QA taught me one discipline above all: find what breaks before it ships. When I started building with AI, I brought that discipline with me — applied to my own work instead of only testing what others built. In June 2026 I moved on from QA employment entirely; AI Lab 360 is now what I do full-time, not a side project.
That means websites, SaaS tools, and automation for small businesses — and AI-edited cinematic ad reels and video content for brands that need scroll-stopping video without hiring a videographer. Everything ships the way I was trained to ship: tested against real scenarios, checked at the edges, and built to keep running after handover.
